Includes 24-hour security.Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool. The villa has air conditioning in both the bedrooms and common areas. The pool area is fantastic and fully equipped, featuring lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and sun loungers for soaking up the sun.

The only restricted area is the pool pump room. Everything else is yours to relax, entertain, and make unforgettable memories.

Electricity is extra on longer term rentals.

The water has a generous allotted amount included in the maintenance we pay, if you go over this amount it will be billed separately. There should be no overages unless you leave a faucet running a long time or leave a hose on.
